Sales Policy on goats purchased form us. We highly recommend you secure transportation for your purchase prior to purchasing a goat from us because we do have a 30 day limit on boarding sold goats . This 30 days starts after goats are weaned. We require a 50% deposit to hold any animal. There will be a $2.00 a day boarding fee charged after the first 15 days.
Failure to comply with this policy will be grounds to terminate the sales agreement without refund of the deposit and the animal will be listed for sale again. Should anything happen to an animal a deposit has been paid for, the buyer will have first choice of others for sale at or near the original selling price.
Full payment will be required before any animal leaves the farm.
We "GUARANTEE" all animals to be sound, healthy and free of disease for 30 days after the sale date as long as it is not stress related or a problem that occurred from transportation of the animal. A vet invoice and or autopsy report will be required stating the animal had a pre-existing problem which was unavoidable for refunds. All testing and the vet certificate are the responsibility of the buyer.
